Join Beatbullying, Aston from JLS, Alesha Dixon, The Saturdays, Freddie Flintoff and your friends and families for The Big March. Together, on 15th November, we will be marching across the web to ask Government for help to protect children from bullying, violence and harassment. You can join the Big March by becoming a fan on Facebook, following us on Twitter, wearing your Beatbullying Big March SillyBand with pride or by visiting The Big March Park.

Go to The Big March Park >

Please note:

Facebook and Twitter are only suitable for children over the age of 13.

Signing up with your class can be a lesson in itself! There are many issues to talk about in terms of internet safety. Why not take the opportunity to discuss issues of privacy and how to stay safe online?

In the Big March Park there will also be special tents by organisations like Google with a whole range of videos that show young people how to use the web safely.

Getting Help

dots

If you're a young person between the ages of 11-18, you can get help right now with bullying by visiting the CyberMentors website. There are young people just like you online now, who are especially trained by Beatbullying to help and support you.

If you need more specialist help, there are also counsellors online who you can talk to.

Teachers and parents

There are all sorts of resources for parents and professionals available in The Big March Park, including videos for teachers on how to talk to parents worried about their child and videos for parents on dealing with schools and local authorities.

You can also use the information available on our main website:

If you're a parent or carer >

If you're a professional >

Beatbullying on Facebook

Facebook is a great way for parents and teachers to chat to each other and to get specialist help from Beatbullying staff. Why not become a fan of our page and you can keep in touch with events and get help whenever you need it!

If you're a young person on Facebook, we welcome your support, but you must be over the age of 13 to join us!

Wristbands + resources

This year, Aston from JLS has designed the wristbands especially for Beatbullying. They can be pre-ordered using the pdf form which you can download here. This year, we have built a very special website called The Big March Park for teachers, parents and young people, where you can take part in all sorts of online activities and download lesson plans. By Anti-Bullying Week there will be so much going on in the Park, it could keep you busy for a whole week with your classes and groups!
