How it works

Bidders submit a bid via an online form.  You will not know the value of the highest bid on through this website but you will be informed by email if your bid is the highest or not.  If your bid has been beaten you will be also be informed by email, and you will have the opportunity to submit a new bid.

Bidding online will end at midnight on 13 September and the highest bid will be treated as an absentee bid in the auction at Drapers’ Hall, on 15 September.  All the pieces will be available to bid on the evening - a selection will go into the live auction and the rest will be available to bid on through a silent auction.

In the case of absentee bids for the live auction, Beatbullying will bid on your behalf.  We will try and purchase the lot at the lowest price possible and to a maximum (your highest online bid).  We will make every effort to secure the lot at the lowest price, but will not be responsible for any errors or failure to execute bids.  For those pieces in the silent auction your highest bid will be placed along with all other bids on the evening.

Sale results will be published on the website after the auction closes at Drapers’ Hall on 15th September.  No payment details will be taken on line, all payments will be arranged once the auction has ended.

Note:

Before bidding, please make sure you have read and understood out Terms and Conditions
