There are so many things you can do to help stop bullying and help protect those who experience it.

It's all about being a good role model and basically just being really 'active' in any anti-bullying work that happens around you.

Here are just a few ideas to get you started. Being an 'activist' is something we can all do and there are lots of small ways you can join the anti-bullying campaign, or you can get creative and raise money for BeatBullying! You can also apply to become a Mentor or even join our Young Ambassadors group.

If you think of something else you could do, tell us, and then get together with your mates and do it!
