The Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre is dedicated to eradicating the sexual abuse of children. That means we are part of UK policing and very much about tracking and bringing offenders to account either directly or in partnership with local and international forces.
Beatbullying partners: CEOP
Beatbullying and CyberMentors have been working closely together for several years. CEOP have been extremely supportive of the CyberMentors programme right from the outset; helping us to shape our reporting procedures and working with us on the referrals process.
CyberMentors and CEOP are official partners, working together to keep children and young people safe online. We work together on campaigns, lobbying (through UKCCIS, for example) trainings and resources. Critically, we now have a deeply embedded mutual referrals strategy which strives for the highest possible principles in child protection.
